For this project I disassembled a Kiser Begleiter folding knife and modeled most of it's 24 individual pieces for an assembly.  Each piece had to be carefully numbered, bagged, listed and measured before it could be modeled.  Some of the dimensions were not really measurable with the tools available, so I had an opportunity to redesign some of the parts.  After modeling all the parts, and mating them in the assembly, I used Angular Limits to allow the blade to actually fold in and out realistically.
